These are our terms for Spain. If something else works better for your shop, tell us and we'll look at it.
The trade price list, with its volume tiers, is sent on request with the catalogue and samples. Each shop sets its own retail price; our online shop never sells below the recommended retail price.

Four products, one format.
Two single-origin infusions and two blends, in a resealable shelf-ready pouch. No added flavourings or additives, and naturally caffeine-free.

Egypt, with one specialist farm per plant and lot traceability.

Ingredients and percentages, allergens, origin, storage, best-before, format and net weight.
Import documentation
Phytosanitary certificate and EUR.1 certificate of origin for each shipment from Egypt, on request.
Lot and best-before
Printed on every pouch and traceable back to the harvest.
Food business registration (RGSEAA) In progress
Required before the first sale.
Laboratory analysis Pending
Pesticides, heavy metals, microbiology and pyrrolizidine alkaloids, per lot.

Samples
We send samples of all four products before any order, so you can taste them in the shop.
Display and signage
A countertop display and an origin card for the shelf.
Staff training
Thirty minutes, in the shop or by video call: origin, the differences between products, and how to explain them without making health claims.
