Returns and withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Email nubaherbs@gmail.com with your order number.

As this is a food product, only unopened pouches with the seal intact are accepted. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the product, using the same payment method. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered.
